About the Opportunity:
EverSource Staffing is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) interested in providing in-person school-based services across Bronx schools for the 2024–2025 school year . These are 1099 independent contractor roles , with flexible placements, competitive rates, and consistent school-day hours.
Compensation:
$60–$70/hour (1099 Contractor)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual and group counseling to K–12 students.
Participate in school-based intervention planning and support teams.
Collaborate with staff, families, and (when applicable) external providers.
Maintain timely documentation of sessions and progress notes.
Qualifications:
Current NYS LMHC license
Experience with youth or in school-based settings preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage responsibilities independently as a contractor
