Your Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll be an essential part of an integrated care team, providing individual counseling to members. Requirements
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or an equivalent clinical license
Must hold an active, unrestricted New York license
At least 3 years of experience providing individual counseling
Proficient in offering counseling services to a diverse range of clients using various therapeutic approaches
A deep passion for being a trusted partner in the transformation of behavioral healthcare
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, virtual individual counseling to members
Develop detailed care plans using innovative tools, including goal setting and tracking progress
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
Track and document patient progress, clinical findings, and outcomes

The expected salary range for this role is $68,000 - $90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. This range does not include production-based incentives, which directly reward clinicians for their efforts. Further details on salary and incentives will be discussed during the hiring process.
