• Will work with a case manager, a prescriber, and primary care providers
• Work at one of two locations
• Monday through Friday work schedule for this employed position
• Must have a master's degree in a related field
• Must be licensed in Washington state as an LSWAIC or LICSW

From $34.00 to $51.00 hourly
