We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Agent to join our growing team. As a Marketing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively promote our products and services. You will engage with various stakeholders, including clients, customers, and team members, to identify market trends and customer needs and help tailor our marketing efforts accordingly.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.50 hourly

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer preferences.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create cohesive marketing plans that align with sales objectives.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that fosters community interaction and brand loyalty.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance data, producing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase the brand

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market research to inform strategies and decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including analytics platforms and CRM systems
