We’re hiring a passionate Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator to spearhead in-person nonprofit events that inspire action, mobilize donors, and strengthen community ties. Plan, organize, and execute live fundraising events, tabling activations, awareness campaigns, and donor drives
Represent nonprofit partners professionally and passionately at community and public events
Drive impactful one-on-one engagement with donors and community members to increase support and fundraising outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate event logistics, increase attendance, and achieve outreach goals
Develop and manage event materials including signage, talking points, flyers, and donation forms
Track and analyze event data such as donations, sign-ups, engagement rates, and participant feedback
Support grassroots campaign initiatives alongside community organizers and nonprofit partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident and compassionate public speaker
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in fast-paced, face-to-face public settings and engaging diverse audiences
Deep commitment to equity, social justice, and community-driven change
Previous experience in nonprofit event coordination, fundraising, or outreach is a plus
