Compensation range for onsite WA applicants is $28.85 – $40.87/hr. All applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities: - Maintain templates for slide decks, social media posts, etc. used both internally and externally.
- Assist with marketing campaigns by building emails, landing pages, forms, and social media posts.
- Coordinate content schedule by ensuring all assets needed for social media and other content are completed on time.
- Work with Technical Marketing Writer to create content for social media.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences through comments, story posts, and messages.
- Coordinate graphic design needs, including performing some design work in-house using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
- Work with videographers, project managers, engineers, and other marketing staff to coordinate video shoots.
- Work with Marketing Events Manager to support tradeshow preparation, customer visits, and other company events.
- Maintain tools in the Sales & Marketing tech stack.
- Work with Marketing Manager to ensure data cleanliness in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Maintain inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and preparing reports.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Expected travel: approximately 10% to attend occasional tradeshows or off-site video shoots.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or similar role.
- Strong communication and writing skills. Experience in technical writing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency with tools including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
- Photography and/or videography experience is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool. Salesforce Administrator experience is a plus.
- Experience in Hubspot or other marketing automation tool preferred.
- Ability to work overtime including weekends to attend occasional tradeshows and support department deadlines.
Eligibility Requirements: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
