University Health Services is seeking a dedicated Medical Program Assistant to join our team. This role involves performing administrative duties to support the clinical efforts or providers and nurses in various clinics, including Primary Care, Gynecology/Sexual Health, and Community Health.

H.S. Diploma
Required:
-- High school diploma
-- Minimum of one year customer service experience
Preferred:
-- Experience with MS office and scheduling software
-- Administrative experience in a medical office, dental office, insurance office or similar fast
paced environment
-- Knowledge of medical terminology
-- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a busy environment
-- Awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM
Schedule may change based on operational needs.
Full Time: 100%
This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at 333 East Campus Mall. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. Subject to change based on operational needs.Ongoing/Renewable
