**Membership Consultant**
**Healthcare Sales - Focused on Primary Care Clinic Enrollment**
**Location:** Lincoln, NE - 68504
**Employment Type:** Direct-Hire, Permanent
**Setting:** Primary Care
**Compensation:** $50,000 Base Salary + Commission
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
- A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in the healthcare sector (B2B/B2C or insurance, including Medicare; no inside sales or call center experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in building community relationships with seniors.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
- High school diploma or GED.
**Preferred:**
- Experience with health plans, FMOs/benefits brokers, or healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with working with or selling to senior communities or medically underserved populations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the complete sales process for membership sign-ups at our Primary Care Senior Center.
- Drive patient enrollment through outreach efforts, community events, and partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Advocate for the clinic's mission to seniors in various community settings, including senior centers and places of worship.
- Organize local marketing events aimed at attracting underserved and Medicare-eligible seniors to the clinic.
- Collaborate with health plan agents to ensure patients are enrolled in suitable health plans and assigned to the clinic's providers.
- Assist patients through the enrollment process, ensuring they select the clinic as their primary care provider.
- Help schedule initial appointments and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Track and update sales progress using Salesforce CRM.
- Spend the majority of your time in the field, engaging directly with patients.
- Address common concerns, such as "I already have a doctor. Why should I switch to your Primary Care Clinic?"
