Join the HomeBase Team as a Newly Licensed Real Estate Agent in San Antonio!

HomeBase Team is thrilled to invite a dynamic and enthusiastic newly licensed Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. With our cutting-edge HOMEBASE SALES GENERATOR PLAN, you'll be fully operational within your first 90 days. As part of our team, you'll receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, access to advanced tools and resources, and numerous opportunities for career advancement in a lively and rewarding setting. Responsibilities

• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Lead generate for 15 hours a week: WE WILL TEACH YOU
• Conduct multiple open houses monthly: We will create a plan with you
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. 

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
