We are seeking a hard-working, self-starting, highly organized, technically and socially savvy individual who has lots of positive energy, relishes responsibility and can take work from as-signment to completion. This person must be able to work independently and effectively as team member, juggle multiple urgent and varied priorities, and want to make a difference in the future of the wine education industry.

Department: Operations
Reports to: CEO
Hours: Part-time up to 30 hours per week
Wages: Commensurate with experience
Benefits: Government mandated including health insurance when full time + employee dis-counts on classes, special events and retail wine purchases

The primary role will be working out of our state-of-the-art wine education center in South San Francisco. This person will be greeting, answering questions and engaging with current and prospective students, checking people in for class, managing classroom set-up and logistics, & coordinating student resources. Interaction is in-person, by phone, email, & Gorgias chat. Post class follow-up and documentation in customer record management software are also routinely part of the duties.

This Jack or Jill of all trades will also have their hands in admissions, marketing, accounting and class logistics. The position requires outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Google Productivity Tools. Experience with Shopify, SalesForce, and Gorgias is a plus. Superb organizational, project management along with strong verbal and writing skills are critical. While experience matters, your skills, talent, brains, creativity, energy, motiva-tion, character and work ethic are more important.

Must be able to commute and travel to the school and surrounding area offsite events. Evening, daytime, and weekend class support needed at times.
