Your Mission:

First and foremost, immerse yourself in the coordination and execution of training programs for new and temporary employees across Packaging and Operator roles. No two days will be the same as you personalize learning plans to match the pace of each individual.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with Team Leaders and Supervisors for practical training collaborations.
• Meeting regularly with Operations Manager and HR to align training strategies with business goals.
• Creating and maintaining a consistent, safe, and productive training environment.
• Tracking progress and offering additional training where necessary.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Adaptability in work schedules, including multiple shifts if needed.
• Proven Microsoft Office skills.
• Engagement skills for effective communication with both large groups and one-on-one interactions.
• Firm grounding in industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Strong professional track record and attendance.

Working Conditions:

• Physical activity including standing, moving, lifting, and navigating multiple steps is essential.
• Comfort with varying environmental conditions and a rotating shift schedule is required.
