We are a dynamic and customer-focused company looking for an accurate and detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our growing team. Job Summary
As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders into our systems. You will serve as a key point of contact between customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately input customer orders, product details, and shipping information into internal systems

Review order data for completeness and accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies

Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse staff to clarify order details

Monitor order status and update customers with tracking or delivery information

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed orders

Assist with returns, cancellations, and backorder tracking

Perform general administrative support duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or order processing is preferred

Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and order management systems (ERP or CRM tools a plus)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Reliable internet connection and computer (for remote roles)
