About the Role

As a Remote Patient Contact Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services. Prior experience in customer service, especially in a medical or healthcare setting, is preferred. However, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!

Your schedule may vary based on call volume and business needs. Flexibility is required, including availability for occasional weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently while delivering a warm and personalized experience.

Address patient inquiries by researching and providing accurate information, including details about services and promotions.

Direct customer requests to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain accurate records in the system and ensure all patient files are updated promptly.

Document call details according to standard operating procedures.

Protect patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and office guidelines.

Make outbound calls as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.

Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in communications or a related field is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $18 - $19 per hour (based on experience).

Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) with a two-weekend commitment per month.
