Looking for candidates in Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Gables, and Miami ONLY Financial Advisor assists senior advisors and financial planners in delivering financial planning and investment services to clients. They play a key role in supporting client relationships, performing research, and helping to create financial strategies. Here’s a breakdown of typical responsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities: • Client Support: Assist with day-to-day client service tasks, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining client accounts. • Financial Planning Preparation : Gather financial data from clients, prepare financial analysis, and help draft financial plans and reports. • Portfolio Review : Support portfolio analysis and help monitor clients’ portfolios to ensure they align with financial goals. • Meeting Preparation : Prepare materials for client meetings, such as account summaries and financial projections. • Documentation : Maintain client records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies. • Compliance : Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all activities align with compliance requirements. Qualifications: • Education : Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field. • Licensing : Series 6, or willingness to obtain licenses within a certain timeframe. • Skills : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience: Previous experience in finance or client service is a plus but not always required.   The location would be Palm Beach or Tampa.
