Georgia Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Work Options Available) Salary: $125,000 + Performance-Based Incentives Benefits: Unlimited PTO, Comprehensive Benefits Package Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of personal injury litigation; • Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery; • Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials; • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel; • Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable case outcomes. Qualifications: • The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience handling personal injury litigation cases from start to finish. • Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required. • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential. • A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must. • State Bar of Georgia membership required.
