We're a local, veteran-owned and operated pest control company. We invest in you because you would be the face of our company, we believe in taking great care of our employees so that you in turn provide the same care to our client's. 

No experience is needed, we will train the right candidate. This is not an entry-level position, some homework may be required during your training period. You'll have an opportunity to learn a trade and gain a secure, well-paying, beneficial career we'll ensure you'll enjoy! 


SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL EARN: 

  • Direct Deposited Paychecks- Base pay to $45,000 per year ($3,750 monthly) plus bonus and commission pay.
  • Raise eligibility after 1 year.
  • Company Vehicle - We'll provide after your initial training period. 
  • We cover the costs for your daily commute to and from home. 
  • Leave your home at 8:00 am and get home at 5:30 pm most days.
  • Our work schedule is 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. 
  • Saturday's and Sundays Off.
  • Paid Vacation. 
  • Company-paid smartphone with unlimited, calling, text, and data including personal usage.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Someone who is reliable and understands the value of being on time. 
  • Our clients rely on this characteristic and so do we. 
  • Clean Driving Record and Drivers License (No DUI's) 
  • No use of tobacco products during business hours. 
  • Job Requires Good Physical Health.
  • To perform tasks such as lifting backpack sprayers that weigh approximately 40lbs for 10-20 minutes at a time;
  • Some basic physical actions like crawling, walking, and standing. 
  • Good Communication Skills. 
  • Can be honest, respectful, professional, and possesses an overall good work ethic. 
  • No Felonies- State won't allow felons to become registered technicians. 
  • High School diploma at minimum. 
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
