Our collaborative team supports families through a comprehensive and compassionate approach. We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Physical Health Client Coordinator to support our AAC services, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Feeding Therapy services.

Position Summary : The Physical Health Client Coordinator plays a critical role in helping families access our care. You’ll support our physical health teams by speaking with families, managing referrals and client documentation, onboarding, and communication processes related to our physical health services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care

  • Answer incoming calls and website inquiries and guide families seeking our services
  • Manage documentation, request records, and coordinate with parallel departments for benefits checks
  • Communicate with outside providers such as pediatricians for necessary documentation
  • Communicate with families and vendors to request medical equipment or records

Administrative Support

  • Maintain client records, consent forms, and other required documentation
  • Assist with data entry and tracking metrics for the leadership team

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Prior administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with clear and professional communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems (Central Reach) is a plus
  • Must be comfortable speaking with families and caregivers of all backgrounds
