Principal Sales Force Developer

Description:

Lead Salesforce QA Automation Developer: This role focuses on building robust test automation frameworks to ensure the stability and quality of our Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, closely collaborating with developers and QA teams to define test plans and strategies, creating and executing automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, and ideally having experience with MABL or similar automation tools.

Principal Salesforce Developer: This leadership role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools. It requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding technical direction for Salesforce projects, customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business requirements, and participating in architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Requirements:

Lead Salesforce QA Automation Developer: Strong experience in Selenium automation; experience with Salesforce-based applications; familiarity with MABL or willingness to learn; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Principal Salesforce Developer: Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer; Certified Salesforce Developer and Certified Salesforce Administrator (both required); experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and REST APIs; ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
