RSC2 is currently seeking a Program Manager – Level V at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA (Eisenhower Contractor Lead) to join our team. This critical role will oversee the management and coordination of IT support services as outlined in our Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Geographic Service Providers (GSP) Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct activities of a multi-disciplinary IT support team to ensure compliance with program requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and implement complex Information Technology program plans to address operational needs and requirements.
  • Interface effectively with various functional support groups and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of issues and operational challenges.
  • Organize and direct the work of personnel and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of deliverables to the Government Task Manager, ensuring all performance metrics are met.
  • Address and resolve complaints and operational issues related to the contract and its requirements.
  • Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and communicate effectively with the Government on potential impacts.
Functional Responsibility:
  • Plan and lead major IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of the projects, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in program management and IT support services.
  • Proven experience managing large, multi-disciplinary IT support groups.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology program management and compliance requirements.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, as approved by the Government Task Manager.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
