Role and Responsibilities:

CW Group is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Team. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and championing our mission through innovative recruitment strategies, full cycle recruitment, and fostering valuable relationships with local and national agencies.

  • Source candidates, review resumes, and screen, and interview diverse talent for multiple open positions across numerous States; nationwide.
  • Act as a liaison between the candidate and the company/contract throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews and collect all necessary paperwork for new hires.
  • Communicate with supervisors, project managers, and regional directors to determine needs, requirements, and urgency with regards to filling open positions.
  • Actively engage in recruitment efforts.
  • Establish partnerships with organizations and groups that support individuals with disabilities.
  • Attend relevant events to network and promote inclusive employment opportunities; nationwide.
  • Use a variety of creative and effective sourcing strategies to develop successful recruitment strategies.
  • Research and gain an in-depth understanding of our government contracts and develop hiring strategies for those sites.
  • Maintain records and generate reports, providing regular updates on the progress of recruitment efforts.
  • Nationwide travel up to 50%, visiting different locations to personally engage with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet targeted KPI goals.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate and reliable recruiting spreadsheets and databases to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent verbal skills, including the ability to conduct effective phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

  • Extensive travel required, including air and ground transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, navigate airports, and carry luggage.
  • Adaptability to varying climates and conditions during travel.
