ROBERT HALF LEGAL has partnered with a boutique, dynamic defense firm in their search for a Litigation Attorney. The firm boasts a dynamic practice handling a range of matters. This a fully remote, part-time contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Draft motions, pleadings, briefs
- Conduct legal research
- Propound/respond to discovery
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must have a valid, current, and in good standing license to practice law in the State of California.
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
