Description:
Heartlight Ministries is looking for Staff to join the community to implement structure, care for, and mentor our 60 teens throughout a daily schedule. This schedule will consist of therapeutic groups, recreational group activities, outdoor work projects, schooling, and more (example of weekly schedules are available upon request). Staff should perform well under pressure and be skilled in problem solving as one will gain experience in crisis management as crisis situations may occasionally arise.
The applicants should be energetic, motivated, responsible, mature individuals that are unmarried and over the age of 21. This is a in-house position where you live on property with the residents.
Compensation:
The total compensation package which includes
• Starting salary with economic benefit $30,000-50,000
•Monthly salary with increases every 3 months
• Room & board
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
Staff will be trained during the two-three weeks following the start date and will be involved in biweekly small groups with other Residential Staff to promote positive community and accountability.

Job Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check
• High school Diploma
