Position Highlights:

• Collegial group practice with a large referral base
• Call schedule – 1:5
• Will join a team of 5 Rheumatologists
• Excellent established support staff in place
• On-site infusion, bone density, MRI (Worcester), and blood draw
• Established and expanding telemedicine
• State-of-the-art Epic EMR system
• Dedicated practice management systems in place
• Resident and student teaching; and clinical research opportunity available if desired
• Opportunity for academic appointment

Required Qualifications:

• BC/ BE in Rheumatology
• Interventional credentials
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a Team Care model
• Fluency in EMR systems & technology

The salary range for this role is $219,500 to $357,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
