Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients by phone, email, and online meetings. Be our brand representative and establish long-term, meaningful relationships.
• Customized Solutions: Recognize customers' needs and provide products/services that suit their business objectives.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Own it from lead generation through to closing sales.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure clients have an amazing experience.
• Meet Targets: Work hard to surpass sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to consider motivated individuals who are passionate and willing to learn and develop.
• Licensed Preferred, But Not Necessary: While it's nice to have an insurance license, it's not a requirement to apply. If you're not yet licensed, we'll assist you through the process and assist you in getting certified.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Being able to succeed in a virtual, fast-paced environment.
