Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2025–2026 school year in the Greater Salem, OR area covering Marion, Polk & Yamhill Counties. We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapist who is passionate about helping students thrive in the school setting.

Job Details:

• In-person only
• .40 FTE (~16 hours per week)
• K-12 caseload
• Position for the 2025-2026 school year
• Greater Salem, OR area covering Marion, Polk & Yamhill Counties
• Travel between school sites required
• Mileage between sites reimbursed at IRS rate
• Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
• Complete IEPs and documentation
• Collaborate with school Special Education team

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible for  Oregon Occupational Therapy License
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
