Job Description

We're seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team in driving strategic financial initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at financial modeling, business analysis, and has retail experience. You will play a key role in helping senior leadership evaluate current state, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions that shape the future of the business. + Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate strategic initiatives and financial plans + Identify and analyze key business trends and issues based on actuals, projected and budgeted data + Build and maintain dynamic financial models to assess business performance and investment scenarios + Support Demand Forecasting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis and Sales Reporting & Projections + Create executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership + Conduct ad hoc analysis, including market research, profitability studies, and capital planning projects + Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making across departments + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus + Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar function + Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint. Oracle Fusion experience added bonus. + Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations + Strong communication skills and business acumen, with a proven ability to analyze data and influence stakeholders + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines + Retail experience REQUIRED + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
