About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll take ownership of building and maintaining infrastructure, utilizing your expertise in SRE, DevOps, and cloud environments. If you're passionate about engineering and have a proven track record of success in system reliability and automation, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Define, capture, and interpret product/system requirements.
• Build, integrate, test, monitor, and deploy code across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Write plans, coordinate, and deploy applications via automation.
• Write documentation to share knowledge with the team.
• Drive secure, immutable infrastructure through infrastructure as code, thoughtful security practices, and common orchestration tools.
• Drive best practices across the Site Reliability Engineering team.
• Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/teammates and leaders across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Competencies:

• Site reliability engineering (SRE).
• Infrastructure management.
• Automation and orchestration tools.
• Cloud environment management (AWS, other clouds).

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, and/or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to define, capture, interpret product/system requirements.
• Strong experience using Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management, & Orchestration tools (Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Ansible).
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, other clouds).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and virtualization.
• Strong experience with build and release management (Github Actions, makefiles, Python scripts).
• Strong experience with telemetry metrics, logs, traces, writing monitors.
• Intermediate scripting ability (Bash, Python, Make).
• Basic networking knowledge (OSI model, TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS, routing,
