Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $54,400 - $70,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role: In this role, you will be responsible for editing videos for our Ramsey Trusted and EntreLeadership teams, helping to create life changing content for small business owners and Trusted pros alike across the country.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have7+ years of video editing experience (long form, short form narrative, direct to camera, promotional)
• You are an expert in Adobe Premier
• You are someone who is organized, consistent, a stable presence on a team during high demand times
• You are someone who is experience in video editing across various environments and platforms with a focus on long form/ short term narrative

What Winning Looks Like:

• Editing with precision cutting, pacing, and storytelling in mind.
• Working on both short and long-form videos to create life-changing content across multiple platforms
• Overseeing high profile video projects (Event Intros, Full Curriculum, Trailers, etc.)
• Collaborating closely with producers to execute their vision
• Maintaining an unflappable attitude in high pressure situations
