Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SPC Web UI Developer & UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web-based user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive UI solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement responsive SPC (Statistical Process Control) web UI solutions.
Design user-friendly web interfaces that enhance usability and functionality.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch .
Optimize UI components for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js .
Ensure compliance with UI/UX best practices, guidelines, and web accessibility standards.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance designs.
Maintain and improve design systems and style guides for consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in UI development & UX design for web applications.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Strong experience in UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision .
Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) principles and data visualization techniques.
Knowledge of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.
Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG, ARIA).
Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
