Position Overview:
You'll provide one-on-one behavior interventions to children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role will focus on delivering positive, personalized care to support the development and well-being of each child. Your efforts will directly contribute to the child's progress and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques as guided by a BCBA's treatment plan.
Record and collect data as instructed, ensuring accuracy and consistency using the provided technology tools.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates and maintain a collaborative approach to the child's development.
Complete all required training and certifications in a timely manner, and maintain your credential throughout your employment.
Attend sessions punctually and maintain a high standard of reliability with >95% attendance.
Complete time sheets and session notes promptly, adhering to company policies and expectations.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
At least 18 years old.
Strong technology skills (tech-savvy).
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Successful completion of state and federal background checks, as well as OAG background checks.
Clearances for Child and Adult Abuse.
CPR certification required.
