Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Peoria, Arizona. As part of this Contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of records while utilizing your expertise with Microsoft Access, Excel, and other data entry tools. Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring information is complete and error-free. - Utilize Microsoft Access and Excel to manage, analyze, and organize data effectively. - Perform mail merge tasks using Microsoft Office tools to streamline communication processes. - Verify the accuracy of records and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines during high-demand periods. - Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accessibility and proper documentation. - Handle numeric and alphanumeric data entry efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity. - Support administrative tasks as needed, including typing and document preparation. - Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality standards. - Provide regular updates and reports on data entry progress to supervisors. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry with a high level of speed and accuracy. - Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. - Familiarity with mail merge functions and their practical applications. - Strong typing skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during busy periods. - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of data security practices and confidentiality protocols.
