We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Defect Engineer to join our silicon carbide semiconductor manufacturing team. The Defect Engineer will play a critical role in developing and implementing yield improvement strategies, identifying root causes of process failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, data analysis, and defect reduction methodologies, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$110,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process
