Sol Dias in Haltom City, TX is looking for one sales manager to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 2812 Denton Hwy.

Store Manager

Job Summary

At SolDias, our Store Managers have a passion for sharing a little piece of Mexico with our customers. Our managers ensure store operations run smoothly, ensure financial success, hire and train great teams, serve their community, and uphold our Core Values. They are able to accomplish this autonomously, while utilizing our business practices.

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• 3 years quick service restaurant, retail or customer service management experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Responsibilities

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
• Ability to ensure Service Standards are followed according to Core Values
• Ability to ensure food and labor costs are managed and controlled; minimize waste, ensure products are prepared according to SolDias Standards.
• Ability to maximize profitability through upselling, portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges, cash handling procedures, and community marketing initiatives.
• Ability to identify ways to improve guest service experience
• Ability to identify marketing strategies to increase cover counts and profitability

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time for 10 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 45 hours per week) including variable hours including mornings, evenings (at least 2 closing shifts per week), weekends and/ or holidays.
