• Full-time ACU student
• Business Major
• Recommended by faculty and/or staff
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Familiarity with the use of fax, printing, copy, and scanning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software tools, email applications, Google Drive, and web browsers
• Experience and knowledge of Banner strongly preferred (Training is available)
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter with critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Reliable, cooperative and committed team player
• Must be able to deliver things to different offices/departments on campus

• Answer phone at front desk and greet all office visitors who enter/leave building
• Process/Reconcile Department expenses and payment requests
• Data entry and filing
• Lifting, moving boxes (up to 40 pounds)
• Keep personal and team workspace clean and orderly
• Other duties as assigned, including pickups, deliveries, errands around campus or Abilene (requires driving), and special projects

Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during the semester, and available to work during the summer. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
