Recent research indicates that six out of nine critical Earth systems are at risk of crossing dangerous tipping points. **What You'll Do**
- **Streamline Scheduling and Coordination:** Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication between internal and external teams, including high-level leaders, to ensure smooth logistics and effective collaboration.
- **Oversee Logistics and Events:** Plan travel, secure event venues, coordinate with vendors, and address event-specific needs to ensure successful gatherings with influential stakeholders.
- **Manage Administrative Operations:** Handle expenses, invoices, and office processes to support seamless operations that enable high-level decision-making and leadership activities.
- **Support Event Preparations:** Create briefings, prepare documents, conduct due diligence, and track guest invitations for major events involving prominent leaders and global partners.
- **Enhance Team Connectivity:** Organize team-building activities, meetings, and initiatives to cultivate a positive and connected remote team culture while facilitating interactions with key leadership figures.
**What You'll Need**
- **Proven Experience:** You have a strong background as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator, confidently managing operations and administrative tasks.
- **Collaboration with Leaders:** You have experience working closely with high-level leaders and excel at managing cross-functional teams with ease.
- **Startup Savvy:** You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and approach tasks with enthusiasm and urgency.
- **Team Mentality:** You are eager to embrace new challenges and support your colleagues to ensure the team's overall success.

- **Role Type:** 2-Year Fixed Term Contract
- **Location:** London or New York, with consideration for other geographic locations (subject to relevant laws and regulations).
- **Salary:** GBP £45,000 - £55,000 (London) or US$75,000 - $90,000 (New York)
- **Working Hours:** Full time
