Technical Support Analyst I
The City of Colorado Springs’ IT Department is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to join our team. This is an entry-level position responsible for providing essential technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of IT services across the organization. As a Technical Support Analyst I, you will:
Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of:
Basic troubleshooting techniques for computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
IT support best practices and customer service techniques.
Ability to:
Provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced IT environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues independently.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize service requests
