We are seeking a Training Specialist, SOM Finance for the School of Medicine's (SOM) Central Finance Office to lead, under the direction of the Director of Special Projects, the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs focused on financial reporting systems, policies, and procedures. This role will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining a central repository of curated policies and procedures while effectively communicating updates and new initiatives to ensure compliance and understanding among SOM stakeholders. The ideal candidate will utilize adult learning principles to create engaging training materials and facilitate various learning modalities, contributing to the overall operational success of the financial activities within the School of Medicine.
