As we expand our services, we seek a Nurse supervisor with a strong background in home health care, case management, and caregiver recruitment to lead our clinical operations. The candidate will grow into the role of a Nurse Director (Director of Nursing) with the company. Role Summary: The Nurse supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of Actual Homecare, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. This position requires an experienced nursing professional with experience in home health care, caregiver hiring, and case management. The Nurse supervisor will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This individual will also collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure the recruitment process meets client care needs. Flexibility, leadership, and a strong understanding of clinical care are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring all care provided aligns with company policies.
• Caregiver Hiring: Work with the hiring manager to recruit and onboard caregivers who meet the needs of our clients.
• Case Management: Lead clinical case management efforts, ensuring clients receive personalized care plans and clinical care plan review with the caregiver assigned to case.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including JCAHO accreditation standards, and maintain high standards of care quality and safety.
• Client Care: Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to ensure appropriate caregiver coverage personalized to individual client needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the nursing and caregiving staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.
• Emergency Management: Be available to coordinate emergency situations with staff and ensure immediate care needs are met.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly review and assess care plans, clinical documentation, and caregiver performance to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care and case management, JCAHO compliance and accreditation experience a plus. Knowledge of Swft Ops a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
• Certifications: Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of NJ.
• Attributes: Highly organized, with a proactive approach to managing clinical staff, recruiting caregivers, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Requirements: Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Work Flexibility: Flexible with hours and ability to work on weekends sometimes
