Position Overview:
Bloom Consulting is seeking a reliable and patient Driver to provide safe and compassionate transportation for individuals with disabilities. This full-time position involves frequent driving and requires someone with a calm demeanor, the ability to handle occasional chaos, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport individuals with disabilities to and from various locations, including appointments, programs, and community activities.
• Maintain a calm and professional attitude, even in loud or chaotic situations.
• Assist passengers as needed to ensure safety and comfort.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating a vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, routes, and transportation schedules.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle noise and occasional disruptions calmly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude toward individuals with disabilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required.
