We are currently seeking a Varicent ICM Quality Assurance - McKinney, Texas to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

This position is hybrid and requires a minimum of three days per week in-office at our client's location in McKinney, Texas

Varicent ICM Quality Assurance

Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) is a software solution designed to automate and streamline the process of managing incentive compensation plans for employees, sales teams, and channel partners. It helps organizations automate calculations, track performance, and ensure accurate and timely incentive payments. Varicent ICM is known for its ability to handle complex compensation structures and provide reporting and analytics tools for better insights. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Automation: Automates the calculation, tracking, and payment of incentives, reducing manual effort and errors

• Complex Compensation: Handles intricate compensation plans, including sales commissions, bonuses, profit-sharing, and stock options

• Reporting and Analytics: Offers robust reporting and analytics capabilities to provide insights into incentive compensation programs and performance

• Customization: Allows organizations to tailor the software to their specific needs and compensation structures

• Increased Efficiency: Reduces time spent on manual calculations, freeing up resources for other tasks

• Improved Accuracy: Minimizes errors in incentive calculations, leading to more accurate payments and reduced disputes 

• Enhanced Visibility: Provides transparency into compensation plans and performance, fostering better communication and motivation

• Data-Driven Insights: Enables data-driven decision-making for optimizing incentive programs and sales strategies

How it Works:

Varicent ICM acts as a central platform for managing all aspects of incentive compensation. It allows you to: 

• Define Compensation Plans: Configure various incentive plans based on individual or team performance, sales targets, and other criteria
• Track Performance: Monitor sales performance and other relevant metrics that trigger incentive payouts
• Automate Calculations: The software automatically calculates incentives based on pre-defined rules and formulas.
• Generate Reports: Produce comprehensive reports and dashboards to analyze performance, identify trends, and track payouts
• Manage Payouts: Facilitate the accurate and timely disbursement of incentive payments

Basic, Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience with Varicent ICM, including:

1. Extensive expertise in quality assurance and testing within the ICM framework.
2. In-depth functional knowledge of agency commissions management in the Life Insurance sector, including an understanding of hierarchical structures.

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with migrating to Varicent ICM Cloud is a significant advantage.
