Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.

Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other key stakeholders to support students' academic and social progress.
Continuously assess and monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to promote growth.
Leverage innovative technology tools to enhance the virtual learning experience and engage students in creative ways.

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs and delivering effective special education services.
Strong understanding of special education best practices, including IEP development and classroom differentiation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students, parents, and colleagues in a virtual setting.
Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and able to navigate online teaching platforms with ease.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
