We're seeking a **Warehouse Clerk** to work at a premier healthcare distribution center in **Van Nuys** **CA.** Sound good? Take a closer look below. You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity. **Hours:** 8:30 am to 5 pm, Tuesday - Saturday **Pay:** $19.00 / hour **Temp to Hire Opportunity** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Package and prepare equipment and supplies for distribution. + Verify and receive materials into inventory; mark and inventory packages for storage or transit. May include palletizing and shrink-wrapping. + Load and unload trucks as needed. + Fill orders by preparing supplies for distribution to patients. + Process paperwork for the distribution of equipment and supplies. + Ensure all distribution forms, requisitions, purchase orders, and packaging slips are completed accurately. + Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing + Report stock levels to your supervisor. + Assist in ordering equipment and supplies to maintain inventory levels. + Help complete periodic inventory counts. + Clean and sterilize medical equipment. + Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance as needed. **Education and/or Experience:** + High school diploma or GED required. + Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. + Ability to use an electronic handheld device. + Basic computer skills. + Able to complete online training and testing. + Basic printing/faxing/scanning skills. + Two years of inventory management experience. + Microsoft Office programs. + Experience with inventory management software. **What happens next:** Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
