Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
Provide both theoretical and hands-on instruction in a variety of esthetic practices, including skincare, facials, waxing, makeup application, and more.
Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Model best practices in esthetics, demonstrating safety protocols and industry standards with clarity and precision.
Supervise students during practical exercises, offering guidance and support as they apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Regularly assess student progress through evaluations, exams, and projects, offering constructive feedback to foster their development.
Identify individual student needs and offer tailored support to ensure all learners succeed.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to keep the curriculum current and relevant.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment, ensuring students have everything they need to succeed.
Serve as a mentor and guide to students, offering career advice and serving as a role model throughout their esthetics journey.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and contribute to program improvements and curriculum development.
Hours and Availability:
We offer both day and evening positions, with the flexibility of a partial work-from-home/remote schedule.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Advanced Esthetician license in good standing is required
Current Advanced Esthetician Instructor license
Previous teaching or training experience, especially in an esthetics setting, is a plus
Strong knowledge of esthetics principles, practices, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students in their professional development
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with instructional technology and the ability to integrate multimedia into lessons
