Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a qualified associate teacher to join our team long term. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months or 1000 hours of experience working in a licensed child care center, have experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool age children, be comfortable moving throughout the building if needed, be comfortable working independently as needed as well as with a co-teacher, and must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:30.

This is NOT a summer position, this is a long term position.

This is also NOT a float position. The individual will work primarily in one classroom and has the flexibility to choose to work with either young toddlers, toddlers, or preschool.

Duties

Assist classroom teachers with day to day classroom function, supervision of children, and assist with daily care needs.

Experience working in a licensed child care program
