We’re looking for a charismatic Front-of-Camera Content Creator to bring our brand to life through creative video and photo storytelling across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
In this role, you’ll regularly appear on camera, visit our real estate developments, attend community events, and help showcase the energy and spirit of our brand. You’ll work with our marketing team to craft authentic, trend-savvy content that informs, entertains, and connects with a diverse audience.
Be the face of our brand on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create, script, and film engaging videos aligned with brand tone and social trends.
Tour real estate developments and neighborhoods, capturing highlights and testimonials.
Film on-site in our Sales Office, at community events, and at the White Building as needed.
Capture behind-the-scenes, office culture, and promotional content.
Collaborate with the content team on social media strategy and campaigns.
Maintain a high-volume, consistent content schedule tailored to each platform.
Represent the brand during live events and community activities.
Confident, natural, and relatable on camera — personality is key!
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred to connect with a wider audience.
Creative, energetic, and self-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
Awareness of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Comfortable multitasking, meeting deadlines, and creating on-the-go.
Willing to travel between work locations and community event sites.
Experience with filming equipment, lighting, and mobile editing tools (or eager to learn).
Background in digital content creation, public speaking, or brand representation is a plus.
