Job Description

About The Company

Flow aims to create a superior living environment that enhances the lives of our residents and communities by developing, acquiring, owning, and managing multifamily apartment buildings and the services and technology inside those buildings.

Fulfilling our mission will require an exceptional group of people whose collective output is greater than the sum of its individual parts. Our team members are energized by the opportunity to impact our residents’ lives in meaningful ways. They are bold and creatively ambitious, driven by relentlessly high standards, act with a sense of urgency and accountability, and always, above all, operate with integrity, loyalty, and trust.

About The Role

We're seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of Flow Studio projects. Working under the guidance of a senior project manager, your responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, progress tracking, managing resources, implementing minor design revisions and updates, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the Flow standard.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of 20–30 large-scale projects with fluid timelines, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and calendars—tracking budgets, resources, milestones, and vendor commitments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure marketing, leasing, facility operations, social/media/content, and building services are all updated on the latest timing and deliverables
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to help the Studio team gather all the relevant info necessary to execute the brand vision across various deliverables.
  • Additional support on basic Adobe Suite and Canva design updates, revision, production, photoshoots, and content creation,
  • Assist with production and vendor relations for physical deliverables including on-site building needs and events.
  • Support post-activation debriefs and handoffs—collecting feedback, asset libraries (photos, recaps, press docs), and insights for continuous improvement.

Ideal Background

  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, production, or creative operations—ideally within a creative or brand environment.
  • A strong sense of organization, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Experience working on creative projects such as merchandise, photography, content, or marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with different types of teams and personalities.
  • Confidence using project management tools (like Asana, Airtable, or Notion) and comfort adapting to new systems.
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach to fast-paced, evolving work.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical / Dental / Vision / Disability / Life)
  • Paid time off and 13 paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
  • Access to HSA-compatible plans
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, and other wellness offerings
