Position Overview:
In this dynamic role, you will design and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that inspire and educate students, preparing them to thrive in their esthetics careers. You will provide both theoretical knowledge and practical training in various esthetics procedures, from skincare techniques to makeup artistry.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Engaging Lessons: Develop and teach comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
Hands-on Training: Provide practical instruction in skincare techniques, facials, waxing, makeup application, and other esthetician services.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel supported and motivated to participate and excel.
Demonstrate Professional Techniques: Model proper procedures, safety practices, and industry standards to set students up for success.
Supervise Practical Sessions: Offer guidance and oversight during hands-on training and laboratory work.
Assess Student Progress: Conduct evaluations, exams, and projects, offering constructive feedback to help students grow.
Provide Personalized Support: Identify students' unique learning needs and provide additional support where necessary.
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest techniques, products, and developments in esthetics to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
Maintain a Safe and Organized Environment: Ensure the classroom and lab areas are clean, well-organized, and safe for all students.
Inspire and Mentor: Be a positive role model, motivating students to achieve their goals and fostering their personal and professional growth.
Collaborate with Faculty: Work with fellow instructors to improve curriculum, enhance student learning, and contribute to the overall success of the program.
Hours and Availability:
Day and evening shifts available, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing: Active Advanced Esthetician License in good standing and a current Advanced Esthetician Instructor License.
Experience: Prior teaching or training experience in esthetics education is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of esthetics practices, industry trends, and techniques.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts for students.
Passion: Patience, enthusiasm, and a deep passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring estheticians.
Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
