Pillar Properties has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our beautiful property The Maverick!
The Assistant Property Manager is critical to our success and assists in all operational and financial aspects of their property. In addition to assisting the many dynamics of managing a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, your day-to-day will focus on the rental payment process and collections through keen organization, building trust with residents, and superior follow up.
This role supports the property manager in all aspects of supervising a team and building foundational leadership skills.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position will vary based on skills, education, and experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future salary and career growth.
